At SPC Junk Removal & Hauling, junk removal starts with a base service rate of $150. Final pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our trailer, allowing you to only pay for the volume you use rather than a flat full-truck price.
Our trailer measures 7 ft x 16 ft with 4-foot sides (approximately 16.6 cubic yards), which allows us to handle everything from small pickups to full property cleanouts.
All pricing includes labor, loading, transportation, and disposal, so there are no hidden fees.

Second or third floor: $25–$50 per floor, depending on difficulty and access.
Specialty Items
Standard tires: $15–$20 each
Tractor tires: $45+ each, depending on size and weight
Hot Tub Removal

Includes disassembly, heavy lifting, hauling, and disposal.
Shed Removal
Small sheds: $250–$485
Large sheds: $1,200+

Construction Debris
Heavy construction debris may require additional disposal fees due to weight and landfill costs.
Service Area & Travel Fees
All pricing includes service within our standard 10-mile service area.
For locations outside this area, a distance-based adjustment may apply. Any additional cost will always be confirmed upfront before work begins — no surprises.
